Invitational Symposium The Invitational Symposium on Achieving Organizational Excellence with High Performing Executive Teams is one of NCHL’s most intimate and prestigious shared learning programs. This informative and provocative event addressed one of our nation’s most challenging issues in achieving performance excellence. Our guests included senior executives from leading US healthcare systems and healthcare companies, health policy leaders, and senior faculty from graduate programs in health management. National Healthcare Leadership Award Following the Symposium, NCHL held the first National Healthcare Leadership Award dinner, which honored William H. Nelson, Intermountain Health Care President and CEO, whose lifetime work has been committed to improving the field of healthcare leadership. The Award Dinner pays homage to healthcare leaders whose commitment, values, and vision embody the primary mission of NCHL to identify and mentor future generations toward the goal of transforming organizational performance and improving healthcare in the US. |
