NCHL Executive Fellowship ProgramThe NCHL Executive Fellowship Program is a 12-month individual leadership development program to provide a senior executive with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and competencies through experiences at other healthcare organizations and coaching. As part of the program, each fellow is expected to develop a leadership development plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the sponsoring organization. Advancing leadership skills and competencies of high potential healthcare leaders to deliver optimal patient care and organizational performance The Fellowship involves• Assistance of an NCHL-certified executive coach• Development of an Individual Leadership Development Plan (ILDP), aligned with the sponsor’s organizational strategic goals, to drive their learning experience • Inter-Organizational Rotations at three leading healthcare systems selected by the Fellow and Executive Coach • Opportunity to attend all NCHL leadership development webinars and Learning Labs • Invitation to the NCHL National Symposium Applicants must be at the level of a senior executive, including CEO, COO, CNO, CMO, EVP or identified as a high potential candidate for a chief executive position.
