Administrative Fellow Volunteer Opportunities

All volunteers can expect to be assigned to a task(s) or role requiring a minimum of three (3) hours and a maximum of eight (8) hours over the course of the three days (11/12-11/14), the number of hours 3-8 will be decided by NCHL.

In order to apply, applicants will:

1. Fill out the application entirely (linked below). The application includes:
   1. Digitally agreeing and signing the duties and expectations document.
   2. An organizational statement of support (template).
      1. This letter should state acknowledgment that volunteers will be compensated with 1 free registration to the NCHL All-Member Conference. NCHL will not reimburse for travel, food, or lodging expenses. All applicants are asked to submit a letter of support endorsed by their organization and agree to support the non-covered fees associated with this opportunity.
      2. Note: There is an option in the application to decline submitting this letter, should the applicant choose to self-fund attendance.

 In exchange for volunteering and agreeing to the outlined expectations, each volunteer will receive one (1) complimentary registration (valued at $450) to NCHL’s 2023 All-Member Conference. The volunteers will have access to all conference sessions (outside of their assigned tasks) and conference-provided meals.
