In a pivotal year, the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) 2022 All-Member Conference will bring together leaders from across the 130+ US hospitals, health systems, and educational institutions that comprise our three premier membership programs: US Cooperative for International Patient Programs (USCIPP), Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS), and the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). While the majority of attendees at this event are members of NCHL, this conference is OPEN to other industry leaders and professionals, and we welcome your attendance.

Registration for the All-Member Conference is now open. Registration is scheduled to close on Friday, October 14. No on-site registrations are accepted.
Please note: Members of certain NCHL programs (LENS, USCIPP, GEHM, and Corporate) receive a select number of complimentary ticket registrations. Instructions for redeeming those tickets will come from each NCHL program to the primary contact for each organization on Monday, June 27. Please review your 2022 Member Benefits prospectus or contact your program manager if you are unclear on how many complimentary registrations your organization receives.
All NCHL Members ($750) – You must use your organizationally affiliated email address when registering to receive the member rate. This registration rate is only available to attendees affiliated with a member organization.
Confirmed Speakers (NCHL Members and Non-Members) ($600) – Please see specific instructions from the NCHL event team for registering as a speaker to assure access to special event rates.
Graduate Students & Administrative Fellows ($425) – Please assure you use your academically affiliated email address and include Graduate Student or Fellow in your title. Otherwise, your registration may be rejected.
Non-NCHL Members ($950) – For all other attendees who are NOT not affiliated with a member organization. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with a program membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
As our annual members’ conference, the event is expected to attract over 300 healthcare professionals from across the spectrum of NCHL’s mission and work.
Our 2022 event is combination of what were previously two separate conferences in years past. We expect a similar set of attendees at our 2022 All-Member Conference, including:

Healthcare leadership and organizational development leaders, including chief human resources officers; heads of talent management and acquisition; chief nursing officers; chief wellness officers; chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officers; vice presidents of learning and organizational development, etc.

This year’s event, including an evening welcome reception, networking lounge, and engaged learning opportunities, will be hosted at the Westin River North, starting the afternoon of Monday, Nov. 14, through Wednesday, Nov. 16.
As of 9/6/2022, the NCHL secured room block at the Westin Chicago River North is full. There are still market rate rooms available at this location. Please visit their primary website to book a room. Alternatively, guests may call to make reservations through the Central Reservations Department at (888) 627-8359. In addition, NCHL has prepared a resource of comparable accommodations within a 5-minute walk of the conference venue.
As of May 23, 2022, NCHL is no longer accepting abstracts and speaker submissions for the 2022 event. Please check back in early spring 2023.
