Mentorship Mastermind

Summer Program 2026

A curated summer series where emerging healthcare leaders engage with seasoned executives from across the NCHL member network — building executive presence, communication skills, and strategic thinking through practical, interactive mentorship.

About the Program

The Mentorship Mastermind is a seven-session virtual series connecting students, administrative fellows, and early-careerists with senior healthcare leaders from NCHL's LENS, NCAF, and USCIPP member communities. Sessions are designed to be interactive — practical mentorship, not generic inspiration — with each hour led by an experienced executive on a core leadership topic.
