 NCHL ANNOUNCES THE 2022 BEST ORGANIZATIONS FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (BOLD)

AWARD WINNERS AND PROGRAMS OF DISTINCTION

CHICAGO, August 26, 2022 ­– The National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) would like to extend our most sincere congratulations to the following seven (7) organizations, that have been identified as the 2022 BOLD Winners. Winners of this prestigious award were determined based on final scores and responses to the NCHL 2022 National Healthcare Leadership Survey.

About the BOLD Award: The BOLD recognition was established to: (1) Point all organizations toward practices that are firmly grounded in sound scientific principles and best available evidence for effectiveness and to recognize high-performing organizations; (2) Promote leadership development as a critically important part of the role of healthcare providing organizations and their senior leaders; and (3) Identify, celebrate, and disseminate leadership development practices that can benefit other healthcare organization.

 

About the Survey: Every two years, a team of researchers updates the National Healthcare Leadership Survey based on the state-of-the-science in leadership development. By completing the National Healthcare Leadership Survey, participating organizations can compare their approaches to leadership development, evidence-based practice, and other health systems, using the customized scorecard generated from survey responses. The survey will launch again in late-spring 2024.
