📣 Join us in welcoming our newest team member, Sara Kagarise M.A., ACC, PMP, R.T.(R) (CT) to the team at NCHL. Sara is the Senior Program Manager, LENS. Sara works closely with NCHL’s key stakeholders, including members from one of our premier programs, the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS) members, and LENS Council executives of human resources, learning, organizational development, and related leadership disciplines, to drive a program of high-value initiatives. Sara holds responsibility for overall program planning, research, quality, customer satisfaction, program reports, and meeting coordination.
Sara is an I/O Psychology Practitioner and Certified Executive Coach. Sara has spent the last 15 years working in the medical field with experience in medical education and training and leadership development. She holds an M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University and a B.S. in Health Science and Health Administration from Old Dominion University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified through Project Management International (PMI).
