I expected to learn a few ‘quick tips’ to help in my leadership roles. I had no idea I’d be learning a completely different mindset and approach to motivating and guiding people in many different settings.”

“The transformation came through the live practice. Lots of discomfort in this. But also tremendous growth, even from a 20-minute session.”

Both programs are delivered virtually in partnership with the Healthcare Coaching Institute (HCI) and facilitated by master-level coaches led by DJ Mitsch, MCC, one of the first 25 Master Certified Coaches in the world and Past President of Global ICF.
